2015 Chevy Equinox stalling

I have a 2015 Chevy Equinox Lt 2.4 with 33,000 miles here's the problem at a stand still I put the vehicle into drive lightly push the gas pedal to accelerate and it stalls when in park I can rev the engine up to 2000 rpms and once I release the pedal it will go down to 1000 rpms than drop to 500 rpms and it tries to stall but doesn't the head lights dim but than goes back up to 1000 rpms I had to put it in neutral rev it to 1500rpms and shift it to drive just to be able to take off with out stalling and when I'm driving and let off the accelerator and the rpms drop I feel it stumble and the lights will dim but not stall it only stalls when I'm trying to taking off from a stand still and it doesn't do it all the time it's random it has been happening at night when it's cold

I had a similar problem with a 2014 2.4 and it turned out to be the variable valve timing solenoids
