I have a 2014 and the airbag alert comes on and resets every minute. The mechanic I go to says it's a communication issue with the passenger airbag sensor, which could be the sensor(s) or wiring, and it's not worth it to pay them to trace it and fix it. This would be fine, except I want the alert to stop, and I will get a new vehicle and sell this one next year. So I am looking for ideas. I don't want to disable the airbag, obviously. Are there any simple and cheap options I can try first that don't involve pulling the seat out or tracing wiring?
