2011 equinox won’t go over 20mph

I have a 2011 equinox started acting weird so check spark plugs found oil in them witch lead me to the valve cover gasket witch lead me to noticing timing chain off mark long story short replaced. Balance shaft chain
timing chain,
timing cover gasket,
valve cover gaskets,
throttleboby,
Hpfs
Spark plugs
Coil packs
And after all that starts up sounds great but won’t go over 20mph and there is a indicator for limp mode but it is not on any clues or solutions would be much appreciated

Why did you replace so many parts?
What was the original codes, or were there any?
What do you mean acting weird?

Oil on the plugs - electrode side or just around the plug? ie: intake cover
Have you done a compression check and double checked your timing setup?
Do you have a scanner, can you check for other codes? Can you check your datastream?

When computer goes into limp mode, it means it does not like what it is getting back from the sensors. Really need to do some diagnostics here, not just throw in parts and cross-your fingers.
easiest solution - some sensors is unplugged

Sounds like maybe the catalytic converter stopped up.
