2011 Equinox LT AWD 3.0L Front Struts

Recently replaced both front struts and stabilizers, had the vehicle front end aligned and a day later, clunking sounds are coming from passenger side, when driving over bumps. All fasteners are torqued to proper torque and are tight. Any ideas as to what might be causing this?
