12V or Inverter Options for Front Passenger?

When I bought this car I was shocked that the USB-C was only 40W (something I had to test for since not marked) and there was no 12V DC socket for my 100W AC inverter (or for that matter, just a forward tire inflater if needed). There was enough about the car that I bought it anyways, and I largely love it. Except this is really eating at me. We go on long trips and I or my other half would like the option of working away without having to worry about power.

Is there a safe way to hard wire some sort of AC inverter or 12V (8-10A) socket for the front-right passenger? Yes, I know there's a 12V in the back, but I'd rather not run a wire from the back to the front. Another option I was thinking was some sort of power bank in the little cubby under the centre console.

I'd ideally like to not drill holes, curious if there's a wiring pass-through to the batter/AC I could use that others have discovered. Or maybe there's a reputable after market place I ought to go? I'm in Toronto, Canada if that makes any difference.

Thanks for any advice out there. I'm still kind of shocked Chevy didn't put in a modern 100W PD USB-C option AND took away something so basic as a 12V.

On the first morning after my purchase I went outside to install my Garmin GPS, I like the display better than my Google display. Anyway when I realized there was no plug I was really surprised. Went right to Amazon and ordered a USB to 12V converter. Luckily the 2025 has a great roomy console so the wire doesn't bother me much. I had the same issue with my dash cam.

Ya. Those and other low power devices like dashcams should be fine with that USB option. There's also USB power only cables I suspect will work if wanting something more direct for devices that are already USB. I still haven't decided what to do for my needs with a laptop where 40W won't cut it. Anyone needing closer to the 10amps most of those 12v systems provided (to support typical 100W needs) is just out of luck for front options I guess short of some of the other options proposed here. I'm leaning towards a car audio specialist to mount a higher wattage power block though the firewall.

Techdriver, curious how you were able to figure out that the USB-C output was 40 watts. I am not doubting it, just want to learn something for my bag of tricks. Thx
