Yes! I’m having the same issue. Purchased a 2019 Equinox in August 2018. By June of 2019 I noticed the bubbling. I took it back to dealership & was told this issue is happening quite frequently. They did fix it or at least it appeared to be fixed. By September of 2022 more & more bubbling...
