I need direction on how to get on a class action lawsuit for the above vehicle. It cost me almost $5000
to fix. rear main seal, pistons, gasket kit, chains, tensioner ext.

again, I would like to get help where I can go to sue in Massachusetts

I would start with a lawyer. There should be no charge unless they win. If they are not willing, look for another one .

Do you have a 100 Gs, to cover legal expenses, and do you have two more plaintiffs? The rear seal failures is well known. Not a defect, but due to neglected maintenance. GM published bulletins on how to prevent/clean the carbon build up. You should sue the government for mandating insane CAFE standards, thereby forcing OEMs to introduce technology with inherent side affects. Your problem could have been prevented. No case.
