The TSB came out in February and it's #25-NA-021. Once I told them about it, they were able to find it. The dealer applied it to my RS and the universal remote still isn't available on my vehicle. They printed out the build sheet and saw that the universal remote was in the vehicle.It took them a day or two to reach out to their technician technical support group, they told my dealer to apply the update again since it may not have downloaded properly to the vehicle. I'm going back on Wednesday, hopefully it will work this time.</p></blockquote><p></p>
