Since the 2018 sensors could be 6 years old, it would be wise to change them anyway. Simple solution is to get the 2025 sensors installed on the 2018 wheels. I looked on Rockauto but they don't list TPMS for 2025 yet - too new.  O Reilly lists them for $32 each, but I am hesitant if this is accurate part due to newness. I would try your local tire shops to see what they would charge, unless you have the ability to install the TPMS yourself.</blockquote>
