It took me a while but this is how to order the adapter thru the app....

my chevy app
click on your initials
scroll down to public charging
click on tesla
enter credit card info
the order NCAS adapter pops up..
goes to the order page for $225
it will popup dealerships that have in stock or you can order free shipping thru the app

I think you can use GM points to discount this purchase.
