Sunroof/sunshade reset /caibration

I need to replace the sunroof and sunshade motors, after that they need to be reset or calibrated this is the only thing i can find online , does anyone have this procedure in doc step by step?

Hey. With the car running press the sunroof glass button CLOSE-OPEN-CLOSE and hold down on that last press on close. The sunroof with then cycle fully open and fully close. When it stops you’re done. Close-open-close needs to be done within 5 seconds.
