Sunroof issue

2018 Equinox premier.. Anyone had a problem with the Sunroof only raising about 1/2 inch and stopping and the shade visor only closing approximately 50% of the way? It’s almost like they think they are supposed to do it. I don’t believe it’s a motor problem since they are both malfunctioning.

Yes, those are the presets. The sunroof will rise with the first press of the button. The second press will make it go back. Same with the shade. It has preset stops based on the number of times you press the button. To make the shade close completely I just press and hold for 2 or 3 seconds and it will fully close
