Spark Plug question for 2018 Equinox LS

Hi experts,

Would anyone know the NGK spark plug equivalent for a 2018 Chevrolet / Holden Equinox LS? I have the 1.5L turbo engine. I do know that the OEM is ACDelco 41-153 or ACDelco 41-156. Would you know the recommended gap as well? Thanks in advance.
