Message: <blockquote data-quote="mnolmsted" data-source="post: 15621" data-attributes="member: 3771"><p>We have a 2018 Equinox gas that has the same issue though I describe the smell as "diaper genie" smell.  It is more prevalent with the a/c running but it is always there.  I've read in other forums it comes from the hoses that were manufactured with poor material  I am taking it in for the third or fourth time next week.  I've heard so many excuses but no one has every admitted to the issue with the hoses.   Oh yes, we had a 2009 equinox that had nothing like this.  I dont' know if Chevy personnel view any of these notes but I will be getting rid of this thing if they don't find the answer soon.  Since it is inherent to the car it is covered by the warranty.   I dont' have to put up with it much since it's my wifes car and we drive my Subaru whenever possible.</p></blockquote><p></p>
