Shopping for wheels

I got a car to fix and 2 tires are very worn. 235/70/16. Bit too big. Not like I love 65/16 stuff. But that’s life.I picked up 2 ok tires but haven’t mounted them yet. Junkyard is have 40% off sale and I found some nice 18” wheels but they cost $160. Which is not bad but tires are about 30%. I could use my worn wheels as cores and get $20 each but I think wheels are worth more than $20. I should buy the wheels and hang onto them

going to be uppers 30s this weekend too.
Found 2 nice 235/65/16 tires, 90%. But wheels don’t=have tpms.
The 18” were there. Maybe 30% tread. Passed
