Saturn Vue Wheels on Equinox

Hi Forum! Does anyone know if the 16" wheels from a 2008 Saturn VUE will fit a 2006 Equinox (LS model with 16" wheels)?
I see the bolt pattern and rim width is the same, but offset is slightly different. Thanks!

I just got some ford wheels. 70.3 hub dia same as gm but bp is 114.3. $50 for all

Some Jeeps have the same lug pattern. I know my son's liberty does.
