I think they want to try running the new Taurus but most will opt for the Impala and Caprice.

I would not try that down here, we have a few of them and I can tell you some of them are not stock.
The cops do drive a lot of Tahoe's too.

Southlake used a ls1 that was pushing close to 600 hp for a long time. that was some cop car.

Not that I ever would but my truck dynos at 420hp to the wheels on ecomonmy Efi Live tune and can go off road!

I have yet to see what it will do on the highest setting.
