Noise starting and stopping, going back and forth 2018

When starting and stopping or changing directions I have a very loud click, clicking noise. I am quite sure it is not mechanical because in cold weather, it doesn't do it. Nor when its raining and driving. I suspect it is some of the plastic shields under the car but I cannot find it if it is. I have had it several places and no one can find it. Turning the wheel doesn't change anything. Start click, click, click and its quiet until I brake and it does the same thing. Shifting from forward to reverse and back does the same thing. Once in a while when hitting a bump I hear one click. I don't think it matters but I have the turbo diesel. Thanks for any help.
