Intermittently I get this message that says "Please Unlock the phone or restart the app and try again"*see photo* I have a Samsung Galaxy phone, there's nothing wrong with the Bluetooth on my phone. It connects to my fitbits, it connects to my headphones, and any other Bluetooth device just fine. But when it comes to connecting in my Equinox that's the issue, does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? If there is an update that I need to do, how do I go by getting the update? I know it's on a USB device but how do I even get that? Any advice is appreciated, thank you so very much and have a wonderful day!</p></blockquote><p></p>
