That would let you know if it is the car, or the phone. If the phone, try deleting the phone bluetooth connection in the Nox and then pair it again. Also, if the phone is using WIFI calling, try to turn that off and see if it makes a difference. If it happens with both phones, take it to the dealer.</blockquote>
