Manual lift gate and wiper stopped working

My 2017 equinox LT with only manual lift gate stopped working also rear wiper. My battery died and after charging it back up they stopped working. Any idea what it could be seems like fuses are fine

Odd things happen when the battery is weak. Perhaps time for e new battery?
