If it was not properly maintained then you will have issues down the road for sure.  My mom has a 2008 AWD and loves it.  I had the transmission serviced for her with a complete fluid exchange and filter change at 48k and it was nasty. The dealer couldn't get over how bad it was.  She lives in the mountains of PA so it shifts a good bit.  To me keeping the drive train fluids changed if not running synthetic is important.  Most overlook them.  I'm not a fan of what the manufactures recommend that they can go 100k.  More like every 30k on conventional fluid and 50k on synthetic to get the most out of you vehicle.</blockquote>
