Locked Heads Up Display

My wife has a 2015 Equinox. This may have happened after her battery went dead. We got in the car to go to church. It appears the display did a self check, then it says locked. Nothing works. No radio, not clock or temp, etc. The camera displays while backing up. That's about all we get from the display once it says locked.

Is this something I can try to fix or is this a dealer reset item?

Yes, we were told it was the first to have the display. At least that's what I call the display that shows the time, temp, radio station, etc. It's also the display for the backup camera. It's in the middle of the dash just above the console.

OK, I'm going to correct myself. Looking in the manual, it's called a touchscreen.
