2017 Equinox. Been in and out of local garage several times for check engine light but garage says its fixed then light comes back on. Took it back again and this time no check engine light but remote start doesnt work. Tell tale sign of check engine light issue but check engine light not lighting up on instrument panel on start up or when running. Notice top of instrument panel was removed. Question is does this instrument panel have bulbs which can be removed?
