The issue started after a Samsung update and was corrected in the next update. The workaround I found was to perform a "Network Reset". In the Settings menu just do a search - after running that and rebooting the phone and re-pairing, it would work ok for a random amount of days/weeks. Maybe worth a try, good luck.</blockquote>
