Engine Air filter Question...

I've hear some pros and cons abouth this. I usually run a K&N (or other high volume) air filter. They seem to give the car just a little more juice and are reusable with maintenance. I have a 2025 Nox and am tempted to put one in. Has anyone seen or heard anything about this being a bad idea. I know modern motors have all their fandangled sensors and I don't was to screw this one up.

Most independent tests say that for the very little, if any HP gain, it is not worth it. Especially with the filters that need to be oiled. But it is your decision.

The air induction and air metering system is so sensitive on our 1.5T's, I would stick with OEM or similar. A K&N isn't going to do anything more for you on these little forced induction 1.5s.
