I need suggestions on what to grill tomorrow evening. It's got to be easy to prepare, marinate, etc. Nothing fancy, but something different than the usual burgers or hot dogs. I'd prefer to be able to grill it in an hour or less.

Ok.....GO!

You could soak some boneless chicken breasts or the latter in some Vinegar based Barbeq sauce. With some brisket or pork with hush puppies.

I would cook the chicken on tin foil...

I ended up putting fajita seasoned chicken, sliced potatoes, red and green bell peppers, black beans, onions, all topped with hot sauce in a tin foil pouch. Cooked two pouches 20 minutes on each side. Turned out pretty awesome!

Would love to hear more suggestions. I like trying new, easy stuff.

We do the same thing with hamburger patties and throw it in the fire. Cooks like meatloaf.

If you have HoBo pie makers we take 2 pieces of bread and put pizza fixins on the inside. Sauce and cheese, pepperoni, ect...

You can also make grilled cheese with these. I don't see why we can't use them for waffles.

We have even used them to make pies with whatever filling we wanted to use. I like Cherry pie!

Chicken wings, the sauce, the best I ever ate:

1/3 cup of franks red hot sauce
1/3 cup of vegetal oil
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup of HP 57 sauce

grill the chicken wing separatly and warm them with the sauce

try that and gimme some news !!

Do you have M&M store in USA?

If so, try some chicken nugets on M&M Thai sauce, that is a little spicy but so good.

I like also to cook lasagna on the BBQ, the cheese become crispy a little bit, very nice. When I went to my parents chalet (I don't know how you name place where we do maple sirup), we cook that on a wook oven, tasty!

I tried to set the BBQ a 375 for and hour, could be more could be less, you check at each 15 minutes after the first 30 minutes.

The cheese will become crusty on the side, a little bit burned, you won't eat another lasagna on the oven after that!

That sounds great! I will be trying lasagna on the grill very soon. I like it a little crusty on the outside. Some lasagna never gets done enough for me.

Tonight was special. One of my co worker have a big garage in his basement. A big 50x40 garage (he has his own bmw speciality garage in the past), we sometimes do party. Each bring some stuff and we have beer with that. I've done some wild turkey bbq meet balls on the BBQ outside on the snow, tasty again lol

Now it's 10:19pm , saturday night, I'm on my way to bed. We opened my new batch of self brewed beer, that thing is high on alcohol, time to bed HAHA
