disable constant power to DC

I have a 2008 Equinox that has constant power to the DC plug in between the front passenger seats. How can I disable that?

Put a Bluetooth adapter in the vehicle that is connected to 3.5mm aux port and uses usb power. If it always stays on, I have to unplug usb every time I start vehicle otherwise it won't recognize my phone.

Get to the power cable from center console and run a auxiliary from fuse panel so that it would be switched on and off every time you start vehicle.
