Thank you for the response. I will try this and see if it helps.I would start with checking the battery condition. If battery is good you could try removing the negative terminal, touch it to ground a minute or so, then reconnect it. That would reset everything.
Problem was finally fixed. Chevrolet first tried new software fix that didn't work. Then replaced battery that didn't work. Finally replaced the driver information console module. This fixed the problem.Thank you for the response. I will try this and see if it helps.
