Message: <blockquote data-quote="PoManNox" data-source="post: 24520" data-attributes="member: 8300">If you're sure the charge air cooler and all it's plumbing are intact, I'd check the turbo waste gate actuator and solenoid.  I believe the actuator is vacuum powered and the vac is turned on/off by the solenoid.   Other than that, you'd need to scan for live data to see how the baro pressure and boost pressure are reading and behaving.After all, that P2227 code is a circuit code, so it could be a broken or corroded wire or bad connection to the baro press sensor.</blockquote>
