Can someone help me figure out what broke?

I have a 2013 equinox with the 4cyl. Parked it in the driveway one night, and came out to a lot of oil under the car. It has 140k miles and is very rusty so not worth much. I’m trying to figure out if this may be a cheaper fix (in which case I would tow it to repair shop) or an expensive on (in which case I would tow it to scrap yard). Any ideas? Attached are some pics.
