Anyone towing or launching a boat?

Ahoy! I'm a recent noob to this site, have a 2018 LT 2.0L Nox with the towing package that I've owned for a few years.

This year I bought a pontoon boat and was wondering if it is even possible to launch a boat locally? I have not ever launched a boat with a front-wheel drive vehicle and not even sure about traction issues with the weight on the rear axles?

Any boat hauling advice is welcome!

I have always used a 4wd vehicle to launch a boat. If you are on a steep wet ramp, you may have a hard time with traction. Does your 'nox have hill assist? I would make a test run with a buddy connected to your front tow hook in case anything goes wrong.
