After 3.5 hours there they told me that it's all done. I went out to my vehicle and the universal remote wasn't on the controls screen. I went back to the service advisor and he printed out the build sheet for my vehicle and opened a ticket with GM's Technical Support Group to look into the issue. It took a couple of days for GM to get back to the dealer. I went back there on 3/19 , what they told me would take about an hour, took 5 and 1/2 hours, but this time thry finally got it to work.</p></blockquote><p></p>
