2025 Electric/Electronic Messaging

My daughter's 2025 LT stopped working, couldn't shift to neutral when OnStar asked her to, and had to get a tow to the dealer. The service department cleared the messages she'd gotten but said there was nothing wrong with the car - that the electronic messaging was at fault. Anyone else encounter such an odd event?

Good question. I'm hoping my daughters LT does not do the same thing. I've already had to clear the active air grille error multiple times after washing the car and then driving it outside in freezing temps.
