2024 Equinox Park assist inop

On my 2024 Equinox the park assist or 360 view is currently not working. It shows a camera and a pa both with a line across on the center screen. Cleaned sensors and still nothing any help?

It could need a software update. It could be the camera is not working. 2024, I would have the dealer fix it under warranty.

I took the car in since it’s brand new. So they found the Rear Camera one of the wires by the right rear pillar was not fully connected from factory.
