BUT, you need to use a bit of muscle, especially the first time you change it. That video is excellent, only thing I would add is  If you lift up on the arm, just push down on the part of the wiper blade to the right of the arm. You can get a finger or two between the arm and the blade to the left of the pivot point where the blade attaches to the arm to get more downward pressure to pop it off. It's a tight fit so just keep at it and eventually it will pop off.</blockquote>
