Some of the older Equinox had issues with electrical connectors near the bottom of the chassis that would produce intermittent connections when wet, I wonder if the newer ones may have a similar issue? I had a 2013 but did not see this issue in 350,000km. On my 2022 I experience the LKA, Adaptive cruise, Parking Assist, blind spot lights etc being disabled with ice build up, that's common. Clean off the ice, things work again. The SDCard error is not related to those but may be more related to the electrical connector issues in my first paragraph. I had a hard failure of the SDCard that was fixed by replacing the SDCard. However, there is also a known issue if you see the SDCard removed issue intermittently, it is supposed to be cured by a software update - I created a thread that contains the TSB here: https://www.chevyequinoxforum.com/threads/2022-equinox-nav-error-sd-card-removed.3673/ Since the dealer replaced my SDCard I have had the intermittent error appear once. Since the dealer had already performed the software update trying to cure my hard error, that software update may not work in all cases. I did not notice if the lights for the ports below the SDCard were out when I had the intermittent error - i would suspect not. That's what made me think of an electrical connector that needs some cleaning, reseating and protection. Since there is a TSB I believe the dealer will perform the update, even if your warranty has expired. Can't hurt to ask.
