I have a 2017 Equinox LT 2.4L. 162,006 miles. It won’t crank at the key. I can jump the starter and it cranks over, won’t run. I can jump the starter relay and it cranks. All fuses are good, battery is new. Disconnected the battery and rub cables together for several minutes in case there was a logic lock in modules. Replaced ignition switch. At the switch I have 12v at red& white wire, 1st pink & black have 12v with key on, 2nd pink has 4v key on, 3v-0 in crank position and white with black stripe has 4v key on and 5.1v in crank position. Also fuse 9 for the starter has no voltage key on or off. Can’t find the neutral safety switch. Where can I go from here? Thanks
