Took it to the dealership since it is still under bumper2bumper warranty. Radio had to be ordered and I was put on a rental. I was on the assumption that a new radio was going to be installed but found out that it was a used unit. Transferring my XM subscription to this replacement unit was how I found out about it since the XM rep asked me if I knew this certain person who was the previous owner. Called GM Customer Support and told me that GM will replace parts that can be new or used based on availability. Oh well, as long as it works, I'm happy.</p></blockquote><p></p>
