Arkansas don't have rust problems we get snow/ice but summers are really humid so more of a sauna I am used to it. They do salt the roads in winter but nothing to major I keep other ones cleaned off underneath overall really only thing here is dirt roads or if you live on one dirt/mud can get caked up.
