06 equinox fuel injection problem

I bought a 2006 Equinox and it had an injection leak I changed the o-rings thinking it would help and it wouldn't start after that and some how it popped the same two injectors out of the rail so I got another fuel rail now after it gets to running temperature and I shut it off it won't start without having to relieving the pressure from the fuel rail and I'm starting to think that's what caused the other fuel rail to pop out two injectors what could be the problem?

If you can remove upper intake to replace rail/injectors then you can check fuel pressure.

That would make it the 3rd time I have pulled the Plenum off

That means you have the skills to check fuel pressure. You don’t have to remove plenum. Use visible schrader valve.
