Just wanted to give you an update on my phone issue. Truck was taken in today. The updates had nothing to do with the phone. The microphone was not upside down but was just floating around and not locked into place. Tremendous difference hopefully it will stay in place.
We have been having the same issues since we picked up the truck the end of Janjuary. Cannot hear her talking on the phone while driving. Most of the time people on the other end hang up. Spoke to the dealer this morning. They said there are (2) software updates. I don't believe it's an update...
