Ok. found the problem. After changing multiple parts and no codes. I started unplugging one thing at a time and running the engine. Found to be a bad oxygen sensor. this was a brand new Denso oxygen sensor. no more problems.
If the oxygen sensor is not the problem then you are probably getting fuel in the oil and the oxygen sensor is trying to protect the catalytic converter from too much fuel. you can detect this by trim values when the code sets.
