I too have this same problem. I had oil change scheduled (about 2 oil changes ago) so I asked them about it. At that time I was told that because the bubbles weren’t crack or rusted they couldn’t, basically wouldn’t do anything. And because my equinox is 2018 and more then 36,000 miles there...
