You could also try to disconnect the fuel line either under the vehicle near the fuel filter or under the hood and let the pump empty it. This would take awhile as the pump doesn't energize for long if the engine doesn't start.
I am one of the people who changed the fluid out at 50,000 miles. It was absolutely disgusting. The fluid was black and smelled burnt. I did the two in succession drain/fills and continued with an annual drain/fill. Each drain removes 4 quarts. 2013, 2.4L.
Unless the dealer can verify the factory sticker is incorrect, I would never take their word over the designer's. 41 psi is higher than 'traditional' tire pressures, thus not seen by many dealers nor mechanics (yet).
Might be ignorance at the dealer. Don't know where you are but I'm in NH and with the change from summer temps, my tires show 4-5 psi less than temps in the 80s.
No, it won't negatively affect your engine if your vehicle is designed for it. E85 compatible vehicles have a yellow gas cap. E85 contains less 'energy' so your gas mileage will go down some. Congrats on solving your idle problem. If you replaced the solenoids, you can handle changing the tranny...
