Has anyone found any resolution to this problem? I recently traded in my 2014 equinox for a 2018, and I am EXTREMELY disappointed. My biggest "haggle" was remote start, and due to these issues I basically feel like I do not even have remote start! Had I known, it would have been a deal breaker...
