I replaced that stupid actuator every 3ish years. My buddy is a certified GM mechanic. He pulled the actual "Chevy" procedure to replace it, remove front seats, remove steering column, drop the dash, it's 2 full days of labor. I asked him what he would do, and he said, go through the glove box.

It's working now this is the reset I followed that seems to have solved the problem.
1. With the fuse in set the temp to the lowest temperature and press auto.
2. Pull the HVAC fuse and wait a minute.
3. Plug the hvac fuse back in( could hear the actuators whirring already)

I have a 2010 Chevy equinox LT V6. The heat quit working and I found some other threads here referring to the blend door actuator. I got a replacement, removed the old one ( I popped it open and there were many lost teeth on the gears). Put the new one in and no change. It's not blowing cold...
