I looked at my 2022 LS and don't see anything that resembles that. Maybe take it to a dealer service center and ask them that the thing-a-ma-bob might be.
Funny that is is a Tow/Drive switch in the engine compartment, if it was OEM you would expect the switch to be in the vehicle. Perhaps this is something someone put in. You may have to trace the wiring down to see what/where it goes to

So your saying that when you turn a corner with you turn signal on after completing the turn your turn signal stays on and does not automatically shut off?
You may have to resort to actually reading the owners manual, but basically, you do it through the DIC by using the Menu button to toggle over to an alternative set of controls, one of which will allow you to go to Metric or "Non-metric" displays. Make sure everything is in Non-Metric
I just purchased a 2022 Equinox LS with 24K mile. I'm 6'1" pushing 260ish and the ride for me is comfortable. The space I have is great, I've not really driven it much to give a honest opinion, Yet will be taking a trip down to Florida in a few weeks so will be able to tell about long distance...
That's an indication of that 1 person sending out a group message. I'd verify with that particular person and check to see if that was a group message or not
