Your within the limits I see no reason why...Personally I think most manufactures really understate the capabilities. I would add an aux tranny cooler, and just keep the tranny in M5, with the gearing designed to try to get max mpg's, I think M5 would be better on the tranny.

Last month I took it on its first real trip pulling. Waverunner, 3 adults in car, and the gear for a 4-day weekend Car handled very nicely. As expected, it has more torque then the Nox V6, and at lower rpms. Not once did it need to downshift out of 6th, or feel like it was lurking up a hill...

Recommended is 50K Though they state 100K in the owners manual, it as well has a little disclaimer talking about if your in hot climates, stop-n-go traffic and a few other disclaimers....They recommend 50k instead of the 100k.
