It really sounds like something just broke or wasn't put together properly at the factory. Those things do happen. If I were this dealership and you just bought the car a week ago, i would make sure you got the loaner car. Push that angle with your sales person and see if they can do something...

Do you have other suspension upgrades or is this the first? Do you plan on or have coil overs?

I would start with the blinking. Have the battery and alternator tested to make sure they are not the problem. If they test good you may have a bad ground someplace. Hopefully that will solve the RPM issue, too. The P0420 is catalyst inefficiency. This could be o2 sensors or catalytic converters.

sounds like the wheel or tire is hitting something. does the hub spin freely without the wheel?

It's sad that they can't build it better. My son drives an 04 liberty. The sunroof in that thing doesn't leak after 20 years.

It could be the wheel bearing. It could be your tires. Some tires with harder compounds or aggressive tread will make noise.

Not much to see. I used clear gorilla silicone caulk. You can see by the photo that I need to fill the outer edge of the seal. The clear wrap was 3m clear. It looked great, but long term it would not hold up since it was stretched over the gap. Something is wrong with the seal, but the dealer...

Is your heat on? you have heat/ac ducts that exit at the rear of the console.

If they give a credit, I doubt they will fix it in the future. I imagine it is a supply issue with the remote garage door opener.

One thing I could think of. Maybe the previous owner had a flat and ran on the spare too long.
